Last week I started my three days in a row walks. Friday a fast paced 6 miles, Saturday 8 miles at an easy pace and then Sunday kicked into high gear just to see what the ole bod could do. Planned on 14 miles but ended up doing 15 with a shorter stride and faster pace. Kept a 3.65 mph pace. WooHoo! Temp was perfect even tho it was a bit humid. Pretty much used to that now. One thing I know is I hate the Schoen road hills. Ugh! The east end and 2 miles straight up kicks my butt every time. I think when I am finished with my 3 day training I will say good-bye to that end of the road FOREVER. lol
