Last week after class a beautiful woman came up to me and said her 20 year battle with arthritis was pretty much OVER after sitting with us for 40 minutes.... I was shocked. Not about the cure...that happens all the time, but about her age. LA is a very special place. We are surrounded by beauty, and some of it...okay A LOT of it, is purely superficial for sure.... The thing is though, the superficial beauty fades and it fades very fast. Real beauty, and this is cliche but true....real beauty radiates from the inside out. And that kind of beauty takes practice. As Russell Simmons says, its real obvious whether someone meditates or not... And that mofo likes the ladies...a lot. I know I can see it as soon as I walk in a room. And there are some pretty good looking rooms in this town... But if you dont have a practice, youre just not gonna attract who you want to attract... Like attracts like. So...get on your Sit. But first....
