Last week the board of directors sent a list of our concerns regarding the playground to HRW, our management company. This list had many issues with the playground; some were due to poor material selection, some due to poor craftsmanship and installation, but most are due to poor design. HRW is sending an official request to Inclusion Studios, the architectural firm that was paid to design the playground. We need to give them an opportunity to correct the issues. If they are not corrected, the board has asked for legal counsel from HRW to pursue civil action against Inclusion Studios.
