Last week, we told you some of our successes from 2014. Here are our goals for the future! • By the end of the 2014 school year, AfricAid will have mentored 522 young women as we expand to 13 partner schools in the Arusha and Kilimanjaro Regions. • We are positioned for exponential growth and seek to be working in 25 schools by 2016, 16 of which will be in the Kilimanjaro Region. • Our goal is to have 1,000 young women in Kisa at any given time with 500 new young women entering the program each year. • Once at scale, Kisa Scholars will mentor 7,500-10,000 adolescent girls every year through Leadership Immersion.
