Last weekend I was in Vancouver, BC for an Avison Young function. After biking the perimeter of Stanley Park I came upon a group 14 enormous bronze statues located at Morton Park along the English Bay called A-maze-ing Laughter, a 2009 sculpture by Yue Minjun. As I was walking the perimeter of the installation I noticed an inscription that said, May this sculpture inspire laughter playfulness and joy in all who experience it. It absolutely did.
