Last weekend Rewa Masters FC participated @ Fiji Festival in Vancouver. As this was the first time the team was invited , Rewa Masters FC players decided to participate. Only four teams were participating Nadro, Naitasiri, Labasa and Rewa. Rewa Masters started with 10 players in the field, locked at 0-0 at half time , second half saw more disaster to Rewa Side as their defender Rasheed broke his arm after colliding with his fellow team mate in mid air. Rasheed being carried off for surgery , Rewa had 9 players and shortly after Steven got his second yellow and than given marching orders. Rewa contained the match with 8 players till Naita broke the deadlock with a goal. Soon after Rewa Masters midfielder Ronald Chaudhary who went past a Naita defender later was pushed from behind , ending Chaudhary hobbling off the field with a suspect right knee cartilage tear. Both Players Rasheed and Chaudhary are out for the season. Rewa Masters still have two league matches left against Naita and Labasa. Both matches will take after the Ramadan.
