Last weekend the Youth Leaders travelled to Sherubtse College in Trashigang in the Eastern Bhutan to conduct a Project Management Seminar. After two long days of endless mountain roads and breathtaking views we arrived at the college to be welcomed by a large crowd of CBS scouts. 33 CBS scouts from the troops at Sherubtse and from the town of Trashigang participated actively in the weekends program. We were amazed by their ideas, dedication and team spirit! Among the projects to be carried out after the seminar is a vegetable stall at college campus, a recreative park for preservation of nature, and a highland cafeteria for local workers in the mountains. We are looking so much forward to hear about their progress - and of course success! And you can all look forward to a little surprise from the scouts in Trashigang.
