Last year around this time of the year I was tired of being out of shape. I had become a “fat skinny guy!” What the heck is a fat skinny guy? It is a guy who is naturally thin but because of poor diet and lack of exercise became heavy in all the wrong places. I made a decision that Jan 1 I was actually going to do a New Year resolution and stick to it. I looked into work outs, gyms and diets that could help and finally made the choice to try a Beachbody program (P90X3) with Shakeology. I figured 30 mins a day, at home… I can do that! Through the year I managed to shed 30 lbs by Summer and now I am in the process of putting on muscle mass. I feel so much better, I sleep well at night, my heartburn is gone and my energy has skyrocketed. We are getting to that time of year again. This year it is your turn.
