Last year at this time I was in Afghanistan and when not thinking of home and my little ones I was thinking of starting a business I always dreamed of. I wanted to help people who struggled, didnt know, or just got off track with there health and fitness something I know about myself. I wanted to provide a fun, encouraging and results based program to help the average person. I had no idea how to start or what i needed to do, however with the help and support of many I was able to do so. As a must I have to thank GOD, my family friends , clients and some people behind the scenes Will Clewis, Ellis White, Larel Bonner, Kwesi Keller,Marcellus Parker and Matthew Gates for sharing there knowledge, skills, and expertise. They are great coaches/trainers and have helped me to help others and to NEVER DOUBT your abilities. DONT SHOOT FOR THE STARS WHEN THERE ARE PLANETS THAT HAVENT BEEN TOUCHED. NO LIMITS!!!!!!!
