Late last October we admitted a mature Bald Eagle that came to us covered in fish oil she managed to get into while at a dump site near Hollow Water Manitoba. After several baths we finally were able to remove the oil but by then it was too late in the year to release her. We overwintered her and for the last two months we worked on building up her flight muscles in a new large 100 ft long enclosure we now have available for eagles. Today we were thrilled to have her released back to the wild! A special thanks to Winston and his guests for helping us with the release as seen in this video.
