Lately Ive been getting many more clients sending me messages about their progress with my program. Im always happy to hear from those that can take the information in my book and apply it. Heres a message from a middle-age male I received this morning: Philip, just wanted to drop you a line with progress and a big thank you. 3 years of Insanity / P90X and Body beast did not get me to where you got me in 4 weeks. Im not mocking the above programs, they were great to get the bulk of the fat of me from a 118cm waist to a 90cm waist, but none of them addressed truly getting shredded. Your diet plan is keeping me totally full and content and your exercises are easily done in 30 minutes and the results are absolutely out of this word. I am going to look for some before pictures and send you progress pics after 4 weeks. I am totally flabbergasted at the progress. thanks a MILLION! Neil
