Lately, Ive been spending a lot of time in front of our old computer doing book work and the screen saver rotates through the photos. The picture on the left kept coming up and it shocked me every time i saw it. I just had to do a side by side as I knew I had recently taken a picture of him with Garrett. The man on the left is Trevor Gompf (with Denver) taken 2 months before we were introduced to the challenge. Funny thing...I NEVER saw him as heavy or over weight...and we thought we were healthy, until he was told at 35 he had high cholesterol. This all happened around the same time we were introduced to the challenge. This was a great platform for us..to kick start our transformation. It really is an evolution. Yes, we have changed...but it was NOT overnight. Try to make healthy choices everyday. We actually eat way more today then we did then...just better choices. Clean, gluten free, lactose free, sugar free and organic as much as possible. AND....yes, we still have cheat meals ;)
