Lately theres been a lot of people showing anger towards police officers, calling them names, talking bad about them, etc... Thats fine, they have the right to say what they want. But if they actually knew or spent a day in a police officers life just one day they would realize the stuff they see and have to deal with. Theyd change their perspective about a police officer. Ive chosen to step into this field not for the cool gadgets, not for the patrol car, not for the attention, but for the fact that I can impact a persons life in a positive way. It doesnt pay much, and doesnt give you respect from people, instead you get the opposite. The love I have for this type of career is crazy, its something that you cant explain to a regular civilian.
