Latest Vacancy: Business continuity analyst/executive: Lloyds.London Responsibilities and Accountabilities Ensure that effective communication is maintained with the Business Continuity Representatives in the Corporation and International Offices. Maintain and develop the BIA data, held in a database and Excel spreadsheets, to ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible during a major incident. Maintain the Crisis Management documentation and supporting tools including the regular exercises to ensure the crisis management teams are prepared. Maintain and develop the Business Continuity Plans, held in SharePoint and Word documents, to ensure that they are up-to-date and easily accessible during a major incident. Plan, deliver and follow up on tests and exercises using a range of methodologies that will identify gaps in knowledge and capability. Deliver objectives to the agreed quality, on time and within budget, monitoring and reporting on completion and supporting tasks, with particular reference to risks and dependencies. Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of Business Continuity issues and approaches to be able to provide support and guidance. Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of the Markets business continuity capabilities to be able to provide support and guidance, where necessary. Business Continuity: Read and understand your Business Unit Plan including response to alarms, meeting places and call cascades etc. HR: Understand Diversity at Work by completing the E-Learning module Health & Safety: Read, understand and adhere to the Lloyds Health & Safety at Work Policy. Information Security: Read, understand and adhere to the Lloyds Information Security Policy and Lloyds Computer Usage Policy. Legal & Compliance: Adhere to requirements of Compliance Manual and relevant laws (e.g. Equal Opportunities, Data Protection etc) including completing the Anti Money Laundering E-Learning Module. Risk Management: Understand Risk Management by completing E-Learning module. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Self-motivated and proactive thinker Ability to build strong relationships across the business Strong written and verbal communication Good presentation skills Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Well organised Efficient time-management and ability to multi-task Expect and plan for pitfalls and change of direction as needed Desirable skills, knowledge and experience: Knowledge and understanding of Insurance and the Lloyds Market Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and industry standards, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery planning experience Project Management experience Overall purpose To provide key support to the Business Continuity (BC) team covering the Corporation and International Offices. To manage business continuity arrangements for the Corporation and International offices, owning specific deliverables and maintaining an accurate overview of progress and issues.
