Latest comments from a great customer - Hey, I had to pass this along. I just finished a great meal with Sidney’s Steak Rub. I took some large portabella mushroom caps, cleaned out the gills and cut off the stem, covered both sides in olive oil, salted both sides, peppered both sides, and topped it all off with Sidney’s Steak Rub on both sides. Put the caps gill side up on aluminum foil in a baking pan and cook 10 minutes. Flip it over and cook another 10 minutes. It was incredible! It was like eating steak! Thanks, Josh! As always, Enjoy!!
