Latest release on Very Quiet Records - Static is Holtstangi by Magnus Bergsson. A beautiful recording from northwest Iceland, part of this was originally released on Magnuss website. This is the full version, and I find, like John Grzinichs previous album on the label, the clarity of detail in the recording really draws you in - theres such a lot going on if you listen. To me its another great example of the art of field recording, and a pleasure to be able to share.
