Latest response from Greenbelt, I would be very keen to hear everyones thoughts on how to respond, my own was too explicit to publish! Dear Mr Kay Please accept my apologies that my response did not fully answer those points raised. Unfortunately this does not constitute a site dispute and as stated Greenbelt are still performing routine maintenance on site, this requires some form of contribution. The developer has deemed areas of public open space accessible and passed over to Greenbelt to undertake the maintenance and bill all plots an equal share. All residents are billed in line with those conditions and as per the management agreement put in place by Bellway Homes (the landowner). Greenbelt is happy to meet with residents and a member of Bellway Homes on site, upon receipt of information of dates, those in attendance and details of the meeting itinerary we will discuss and commit to a date agreed by all parties. May I ask, have you contacted Bellway Homes and raised those concerns with them? Can you confirm if a representative of Bellway agreed to meet with all parties? Thank you for taking the time to contact Greenbelt Group, should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team. Kind Regards cid:[email protected] Leon Reid Customer Care Officer Greenbelt Group Ltd McCafferty House
