Law is an approximation to providing substantial justice. But in todays context like with forensic science, genetic engineering for paternity suits the science is 99% accurate. Even in Information technology in cyberforensics the marksmanship is fairly accurate! Why then the law is reticent to accept accuracy where it is testably valid is probably a traditional bias which needs to be recognized as such. Even developed country court systems share reservation on this. They continue to support the tradition to the scientifically proven fact!
