Lawmakers add $11M for LCCC student center By Trevor Brown tbrown@wyomingnews CHEYENNE -- A proposal to build a new student center on Laramie County Community Colleges campus is finding new life. The Joint Appropriations Committee voted Thursday to add $11 million in state funds for the project in its budget plan. The State Building Commission originally recommend approval of the project.
