As the charitable arm of The New York State Bar Association, The New York Bar Foundation has awarded over $3,000,000 in grants to 115 organizations throughout New York in the past three years. We are now accepting applications for our grant cycle for 2014 and invite non-profit organizations within New York that provide legal assistance to apply. The New York Bar Foundation grant program assists organizations with law related projects that: (1) facilitate the delivery of legal services to those in need; (2) improve the justice system and the law; (3) enhance professional competence and ethics; or (4) increase public understanding of the law.
