Laya is fast asleep. As usual recently, I am reading, working at my iMac I-Phone or Kindle Fire, or even watching television. I am experiencing a depressive episode, which has lasted much long than usual. I cannot stand up or walk far without feeling woozy, and I dont know why. I continue to have these awful muscle spasms in my neck and lower back. Much of the time, I am suffused with dread, for reasons unknown, or perhaps its a symptom of clinical depression or bipolar disease. I cling to the notion that life goes on and we must count our blessings.
