Layered Mocha Cheesecake My Version Ill post the link to a comment below for this Taste of Home recipe. I used chocolate graham crackers/sugar/melted butter for the crust and added 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder. For the white layer, I used 2 teaspoons espresso powder instead of instant coffee. Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips were used for the chocolate layer. There are 6 cups of batter, so I added 2 cups batter to the melted chocolate chips, and used the rest for the top layer. After baking until it temp tested to 160-165 degrees, I removed it from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then mixed together: 2 cups sour cream 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Carefully spread into the cheesecake, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are bubbly. After chilling, drizzle with more chocolate and enjoy!
