Lazada twice in a row you cancelled my order because you found the item is out of stock even if your web page doesnt indicate so (else I wouldnt order no ???). This time around your customer service even called on the 24th of Dec 2014 to confirm the order (and I asked again if item is on stock and she confirmed yes and delivery is being arranged in 5-7 business days) and even gave instructions on what to prepare in case I was not personally around to confirm the order. Then suddenly you simply sent an email saying we were forced to cancel your order number 301789168 etc and that We found out that the item was out of stock while the order was being processed. We have also tried to obtain a replacement from our supplier, but we were informed that they also did not have the item in stock. What crappy customer service was that all about ?!!?? If you had someone call me to confirm the order and that stocks are available you could have had someone call me to advise me of the cancellation instead of your mechanical email !! And really now, what is the real reason ?? Did you suddenly find out that the price of the item from your suppliers was about 10K more than whats in your online store (as is likely the case because I check a similar item from malls and I know it is available (in 2 colors pa and in stock from who ever supplies these to the stores) ?? Then you could have been upfront with me gave me a call and give me the option to cancel or just pay the additional and who know I could have proceeded with the order anyway. Too bad we were planning to order other things from you but after these 2 incidents ... no way !!
