Leaders are readers. Learners are earners. Adopt this philosophy and the answer to your questions will be evident. People ask me how Ive been able to personally recruit almost 40 people into my business in 75 days. I cant answer that other than to say God has blessed me with good people that trust me and I humbly accept that. But what I can tell you is that my maturation from a green pea amateur was no accident. First off, I have a desire that cant be quantified. Ive failed a lot but never quit on my dream. And, secondly, Im a student, period. I figure out what I want. Then I study how to get it. I continue to study successful people. I continue to read leadership and development books & listen to audio cds, & watch videos. I continue to apply learned knowledge. And I continue to feed my faith, my dream and belief system every day!. I do this because its necessary; because I know the payoff is worth it; because Im committed to be the best I can be, and because my dream is worth it! I know the only person that can stop me is me. The point is that success doesnt happen overnight. You have to go to class, read the books, study the material, and take the tests. If you do that daily in this industry, one day it will provide you with the life of your dreams and your story may very well be one others will pick up and read about to get inspired from. One way or another, youre writing your story as we speak. Its up to you where it goes from here.
