Leadership Skills Training Training Announcement Title: I Am the Leader of My Life Duration: 3 Days Dates: 16:30-18:00, November 20 17:30-19:00, November 23 12:30-14:00, November 24 Place: American Councils Armenia Imperium Plaza Business Center, 4/7 Amiryan Street, 0010, Yerevan, Armenia Training description: There are time-proven skills that enable people to become the leaders of their own lives. This training aims to serve as a base for enabling the participants to acquire and develop essential leadership skills that can be used both in personal and professional life. Lectures will be combined with discussions, practical exercises and games. The training is sponsored by UN Association of Georgia within Confidence Building in South Caucasus program, and is being implemented in cooperation with Armenian UN Association. Participants attending the seminars will be awarded with certificates. Topics to be covered: Day 1: Introduction to leadership skills Changing our paradigm Planning ahead Rewriting life scenarios Day 2: Time management Thinking and acting in a win-win manner Mission statement Life planning success model Day 3: Effective communication Group work Public speaking Eligibility criteria: Girls/women aged 19-25 Knowledge of English (speaking and understanding) Motivation and enthusiasm Willingness to develop leadership skills Ability to attend all three days of the training Application: Hurry up to apply for the training if you meet the eligibility criteria since there is a limited number of available places (15 places only).
