Learned some great 3D info at Chain Reaction with the Gray Institute last weekend! The body is meant to move in all 3 planes of motion, not just forward (which some of us mostly do)! Forward/backward, side to side, and rotation! Move in all 3 planes in your workouts to assure your joints are moving through and remain fluid in all 3 planes!
