Learning about Robin Williams death yesterday really hit home for me. 16 years ago tomorrow on Aug 13th, sadly my own father also took his own life. Both men were 63 years young! My family knows first hand the pain, hurt, frustration and devastation the Williams family is experiencing. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with his family. Suicide is never a solution! If you are or know someone who is suffering from depression, please find or help find as many options as you can. Talk to friends, family, loved ones and communicate your feelings.
