Leaving town for a holiday contract and Im subletting my bedroom in a GORGEOUS and spacious Astoria house Nov. 1st through Jan. 1st !! Its the only room downstairs (all of the other roommates live upstairs) which often makes it feel like having your own studio. The kitchen and common space is sharred by lovely rommates (2 couples and one bachelor). Everyone is super chill, low key, and intelligent. The place is located in Astoria on 44th between 25th and 28th Avenue. An 8 minute walk from the NQ or R train. Price is $800 per month (all inclusive). Premium cable (HBO, Showtime, etc), Awesome backyard, Wonderful roommates really the best living situation Ive ever had in NYC. Get at me yall !!
