Leigh Ann update: Leigh Ann is still resting. We believe we are getting to the bottom of her infection. It appears she has a fungal infection (as opposed to as bacteria infection) that started in her kidney. This has enabled the doctors to better target medications to fight the infection. Due to the infection there was some fluid that collected around her lungs so she is still oxygen assisted with her breathing. She is still pretty sick and remains in ICU. It looks like this will take some time for recovery for sure. Her fever is much more manageable than it was Tuesday and Wednesday. We are grateful for that. Thank you for your continued prayers.
