Less than 20 hours to organize an event. Less than 20 calls/SMSes did the trick. That was the story of Microsoft Club contest on 7th March 2014. It cant happen anywhere else except in Toastmasters. In Giving that we receive - i experienced this personally supporting this event as an Area Governor and Chief Judge. Thanks to all the Toastmasters who have helped me in pulling of a decent contest and identifying the right talent for the next level contests.
