Lesson 8: Legal History of Oz-Stralia A quick lesson in Exactly HOW we lost our Legal Freedom in Australia....and how we went from having a Common Law System to that of admiralty law....and a Government that has been superseded and ruled over Completely by the High Court of Australia. The Government WAS the leading and Superior Form of Law making in Australia. This was illegally TAKEN AWAY without anyones legal vote to say yes OR to say NO....what we infact have, IS an illegal Government that has written Solely for its own benefits, its OWN legislation and laws... They STOLE the power from the People AND the Government, and placed it in the Hands of the Courts, who are Filled with Contempt for real Justice and people Power and our Rights, Their Corruption is obviously Complete and the Highest form of treasonous intent and Action in this land. Secondly, -we seek justice in a Admiralty Court frame and jurisdiction, But wrongly seeking it UNDER Common Law....they can NOT provide Justice!!! they can ONLY Provide Law....that is a fact....do you know since the settlement act of 1700, the kings and queens of United Kingdom have had NO POWER, other than that granted to it BY the Parliaments? It went from what is known as Absolute Sovereigns-under [Monarch in Council], ruling completely over all forms of Life. To That of Servants of the Parliament & Public Servants known as-[Monarch in Parliament] this completely Changed their power and stripped them of everything, basically. They no longer have a Right to hereditary Title, and they CAN be sacked by a one minute notice. For ANY breach of law! In Point of Fact, it IS stated in section 7 of the Settlement Act of 1700, that they can NOT take their Power and or Sovereignty OUT OF England, Irelend or Scotland. Furthermore, in 1999 in Heather Vs Hill a very telling precedent happened, and has highlighted the absolute Political Joke and illegal activity going on in every Parliamentary Position in Australia Still today. The Parliament Voted to Sack and throw out a Dual citizenship Politician for having Sworn an Oath, to The Queen of England, and trying to Re-present us, the People , of the Illegal Parliament and Illegal Commonwealth of Australia. You can NOT swear an Oath to a Foreign Power and the Queen of England, and serve the Sovereign People of Australia at the same time. It is regarded as Treasonous, and is VERY illegal. The Problem with this-is this, that EVERY SINGLE Politician in Australia has Sworn an Oath TO THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND, to even be ALLOWED to be a Politician, and classed as LEGALLY being able to RE-PRESENT our Direct wishes and Votes. So, you have to do something illegal to even become a Politician, and again do EVERYTHING ILLEGALLY AS A POLITICIAN... The Entire Constitution is Infact a lie, and was NEVER EVER voted in by, the people of the United Kingdom, or its Parliament. It was NEVER voted for by the People of Australia or the States legally, one state never agreed even Agreed, making it all completely illegal and invalid, by its self...Besides the other points of needing a legal referendum by the British Parliament and People, AND the Australian peoples Referendum Votes-with Legal access to the count of votes and ballots cast. The TRUE VOTES WERE THIS: The 1899 Federal Convention Held in Melbourne, and the Constitutional Referendum was held. The Constitution was NOT APPROVED. Receiving ONLY 422,788 votes from the then 3.3 MILLION PEOPLE in Australia. This ONLY EQUATED TO 12.8% of the Six Colonies Population!!! ALSO, this INCLUDES PLURAL VOTING OF THE ELITE Establishment of men, had as many as 6 VOTES EACH!!! Then in 1900 on the 9th of June, the British Parliament iLLEGALLY IMPOSED THE COMPLETELY ILLEGAL CONSTITUTION ON THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE...the WHOLE thing is a LIE, and is COMPLETELY illegal ad treasonous and not one single word of the Australian Constitution, or LAW is VALID!!! We refer to the Section 9, of an Act of the British Parliament called section 63 & 64 Victoria Chapter 12, an act to Constitute the Commonwealth of Australia. It was NEVER Voted For, by either party as i stated. It was never given the green light and Go Ahead the British Parliament either...The Whole thing was done completely illegally and fraudulently....Furthermore, the Queen Victoria, never gave her ROYAL ASCENT to the Australian Constitution, thus NEVER BECOMING An act of the British Parliament....SO, the whole thing IS A BLOODY ILLEGAL JOKE mate!!! Dont blame the Politicians, as they are legally the servants of the COURTS....it is US, who have allowed this to happen, the Dozing Australians....I hate Global american-ism propaganda, But as Thomas Jefferson said the price for freedom IS eternal Vigilance. There have been MANY legal challenges of the Illegal power of this dictatorship of the Courts, but it has been brushed off and allowed to continue as No one seems to know what the F&%k IS going on...if you dont know, you cant point the finger and say hey, this shits got to STOP, and you WILL change it or you will be thrown out of Australia, By THE PEOPLE...as i said, the reason WHY we dont have Peace officers in Australia, is because they ONLY serve COMMON LAW....and common law IS where we have all the rights in the World.... We are Illegally being Ruled over by Police Officers who can ONLY EVER Police by ADMIRALTY & STATUTE LAW!!! and IN COURT, ADMIRALTY LAW CAN NOT GIVE JUSTICE TO A COMMON LAW PERSON!!! its out of its jurisdiction and mandated powers!!! we will not get back Common Law until we totally take out the Completely illegal Court system, and the Completely Illegal Police system that swears an oath the the illegal and completely Fictional Queen of Australia! it has to start with the Courts Ray....there is NO OTHER REMEDY OUT OF THIS BUT THE COURTS FIRST! Obviously the Politicians ARE a part in this total deception, and working FOR the SAME MASTERS as the Courts are, but, if the politicians have no power to make amendments and new law, or seek Justice through, then it is off to Court, we MUST GO to find it!!!
