Indeed there may be consequences which may be detrimental to him; however, a true champion will not falter but instead recognize the unlimited opportunities in the challenges. Abundance: Success is what a man is, and not the result of what he does or how he acts. All successful men posses - personal motivation! He does not merely complain; he corrects. He does not deplore; he does. He does not lament; he leads. While others see limitation, he sees the abundance around him and within himself. Opportunity: People who develop personal motivation has the ability to recognize the unlimited opportunities that is around him. To find opportunity, man must look to the present and the future, not the past. It is to note that opportunities comes in all forms; and successful men must learn to recognise them; to see the flint in the flint stones. The Power of Choice: People have the freedom to do what they want to do and to be what he wants to be. We are all born with the power of choice; and this is the greatest and most powerful gift from god. The choice that we make today will determine where we are in the future. If we are unhappy with anything in the presence; the only way we can remedy is to alter our actions today so we can have a better future. It is to note that consequence is an effect of actions and is uncontrollable. We can however control the actions today to manipulate our future. Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all-time. For over a decade, he was the face of the NBA. And then he made the decision: a career change at the pinnacle of his success. He risked his athletic abilities by trying to play baseball; something he was not familiar with. MJ wasnt egoistic; he didnt think just because he was successful at basketball that he would be successful at baseball too. What MJ believes in is personal motivation and that hard work conquers all. Failure isnt just accepted; its expected. When you stretch yourself past your current limits, failure is inevitable. It spawns growth.
