Lessons on the road... Connection: I love me! I accept all my aspects, and dance with my shadows, and I love being with me. Yet this trip has taught me the need, and i hesitate to call it a need, but feel it is a basic need, for connection. This doesnt mean I am co dependent, weak, a failure, it simply means I value deep meaningful connection that alivens my spirit, that enables my expression and opens my heart to the flow of unconditional universal love. I HAVE MISSED THIS SO MUCH - my heart has ached for connection at all levels: Intellectual, spiritual and physical. To be held in innocence, to be stroked with loving tender touch, to feel the softness of another and have my hair stroked with child like adoration.To mirror the breath as I sink into someone. To share the inviting gaze without words. This is what nourish me. I have managed to offer three or four massages whilst on the road. The pain in the beauty of such connection has hurt as my terra cotta heart has softened under my finger tips. I am so grateful to those who trust me in this mutually healing experience. Our tears have flowed together, again deepening our connection. Then for me the pain of separation asI move on....
