Lest we forget. A mate put it to me simply yesterday. Whilst we sit here and contemplate how we are going to be happier, what opportunity we are going to take, where we go for breakfast after we pay homage, how can we #bfree to do, free to be. Our grandparents were fighting for us. Whilst we take days for granted, they were putting their life on the line to make sure we had security and freedom. Whilst i sit here at a cafe on my iPad writing this, getting ready to watch The Anzac Day game, our grandparents were leaving their friends. Families, their dreams, hopes and desires behind. It is amazing we are able to prioritise who we want to be and what we want to do, without having to prioritise Getting security and freedom first. For this i am truly grateful and it inspires me to reach down and create opportunities for those that do not have what we are fortunate to have due to birth rite in an amazing country. Pay the Anzac spirit forward to someone else. It is inside us in our own way. Lest we forget.
