Let me amend my Robin Williams post... To those who misconstrued when I said it was selfish of Robin to end his life... IT AINT ABOUT ROBIN! Its about his wife, three kids and family who NOW have to live with his tortured soul he left behind for the REST of THEIR lives... if you dont believe thats selfish I encourage you to dig a little deeper. YES, depression is no joke, but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Regardless of ones religious or spiritual beliefs, life belongs to God. It is never our place to take our own life or someone elses life (IMHO) Ive been in that dark place, its not easy getting back so yeah, if you feel I was harsh in the previous post it wasnt meant to be... Im just speaking from personal experience! I too have a wife, three kids and four grand kids and I know for a FACT that on any one of those dark days I decided to end it, it would have been selfish and the wrong thing to do to the people who love and care about me... Theres ALWAYS a way out!
