Let me get this off my chest!!! Servers bartenders and cooks DONT get breaks!!!! We dont get a 15 minute break for every 4 hours we work or a 30 minute lunch for every 8 we work!!! We run our asses off for up to 12 hours or more straight WITH NO BREAK. We are lucky if we get to grab a bite to eat in between serving other people food! So while you are having a nice meal served by someone else, please think about it when you are considering your tip! 15 to 20 % is the norm and anything less is an insult and just down right cruel!!! We dont get paid an hourly wage, we work for tips!!! Please pass this on.
