Let me start by saying no one has complained but me. I love to work and I love to get my work done as fast as I can for my clients. So Good morning everyone. I have to say I have the most wonderful clients in the world. My surgery is not an easy to come back from I now have new hardware in my back 4 screws and 2 rods. I dont know if any of you have every had back surgery. They just didnt go in and scrap and clean up they took out nerves and replaced disk and put in screws and rods. But this surgery isnt an easy one to bounce back from you dont just get to hop right out of bed anymore you have to log roll yourself, you have to relearn how to stand up sit down, you cant twist, turn, move fast or even run. Let me tell ya I walk like an 80 year old right now. I will be in a back brace for 6 to 8 weeks. Then recovery time is 12 to 16 weeks. Ok so not what they told me in the beginning but they didnt realize how much damage there was either. Believe Im not out jogging around Susanville, or out shopping and having a great old time. If I do got out Im walking with a walker or very very slow, or riding in one of the carts at the stores. Its not fun, believe me. I wish I was out at the lake riding on sea doos or hanging out with friends at BBQs or even going to my class reunion that I had planned to go to but nope stuck at home I have watched every movie known to man that WAL MART sells, you can only watch so much TV and seeing the same 4 walls in my living room while I sleep on a 1940s hospital bed not my idea for a great time , And I have to say again I HAVE THE MOST WONDERFUL CLIENTS IN THE WORLD. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN PATIENT WITH ME AND IN BETWEEN NAPS I AM WORKING ON PICTURES ITS JUST NOT AT A Steady pace like I normally am doing.. For those of you that know me truly know me I give 250 % to my job and work that I do. So this is hard for me to just sit back and really have to sit and do nothing, and I dont ask for help but I have had to ask for help a lot lately. So please bare in mind the recovery process is not as easy as everyone may think. I m working just not around the clock like Im used too, and that will change when I get better too, cause I have learned that I have missed out on a lot these last 5 years and a wise man once told me sometimes you have to take time for your self too. So I am working on pictures and I will email you as I get them done to meet up with you. As of right now I am not aloud to drive for 8 weeks so appointments will come when I can get a ride to the studio. This surgery is an adventure to learn how to do every day things that we all take for granted all over again a different way. I want to say THANK YOU to all of my clients for being so patient, and a Big THANK YOU to all of my family and friends for all of your help. Thank you to all of you that have been by to see me sent cards brought me flowers etc. You all are so amazing. I love you all
