Let me tell you about Mark Doney and Karen Stutrud Doney... several months ago they found Nina Marie pregnant and in need near their church. They kept her safe until SAAP could take her and safely deliver her last litter at Marcia Verax Erickson and Chris Ericksons house. It wasnt long after that they saw a picture of one of my sweet senior dogs, Charlie and adopted him. Shortly after that they saw me post Jack Bauer and decided Charlie needed another senior friend. Sadly, as most of you know Jack Bauer passed away 6 short weeks after they adopted him. They knew the best gift they could give him was to give the love he left behind to another dog in need. So, today, Punky Brewster/punkin/ piggy joined their loving family! Thank you Mark and Karen! It is people like you along with all of the doggies that give us the hope and a reason to keep on keepin on!
