Let me tell you what I like about being over 40. Its the age where you not only acknowledge your blessings, but also understand that the next day, next hour, nor next minute is not promised. I know of 7 people, off the top of my head, who were all under 30 and in good health, who fell victim to dumb shit within the last 8 months. Fun loving brothers,fathers and sons whose families are still trying to rationalize the Why that took them away. All Ill say is this: Certain lifestyles dictate certain things. Some of us make it through it to tell the story. While others end up the topics of those stories. Heres my point: The fact that, either way, theres a story to be told means theres something to be learned. If you love them like you say you love them, dont let the loss of them be in vain. Make a change. Choose to make a difference.
