Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God And a great King above all gods… What if we made thanksgiving a way of life? We would definitely impact the Kingdom immensely. The Hebrew word for thanks is Yadah ( yaw-daw) meaning to throw, shoot or to cast. So let us role play here, every opportunity and situation that arises we are going to throw, shoot and cast praises to God. If we throw, shoot and cast the situation it is no longer in our possession God has it right? And if we throw, shoot and cast we no longer have a heavy burden because we already cast and lay it at Jesus feet right? We are reminded in Matthew 15: 30 that a great multitude came to him, some were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus feet; and he healed them. The evidence is in the word (bible) that Jesus heals their diseases and infirmities. Matthew 15: 31 says, So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.… so if Jesus did it then and he is now on the throne of Grace. He will certainly do it again and again. Today I encourage you to cast all your cares on him and give thanks in every situation....... Teach me Your way, O LORD; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name. I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And will glorify Your name forever. For Your lovingkindness toward me is great, And You have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.… Father today I ask you to strengthen my brothers and sisters you see the details of their situation, please open our eyes that we can see our mighty and powerful you are.
