Let us make it simple guys, Article 370 (whatever remains of it) cannot be revoked. Just chill. Clause 3 of Article 370 says Indias President MAY, by public notification, do so, but only on the recommendation of the Constituent Assembly (CA) of the State. So BJP can do it only by re-creating the CA and making it recommend revocation, both of which will never happen. Now they can say CA doesnt matter and amend constitution without CA agreement. By that logic instrument of accession will be null and void, for accession is said to have happened only after CA, treated as a legal entity, ratified it.
