Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 5:16 KJV) Another verse from : "the Sermon on the Mount"! As Christians, we are to reflect the nature of Christ by our lifestyles including our, attitudes, actions, speech, priorities, ministry, and by our desires! People should be able to see Christ in us by the radiant glow in our countenance, the way we carry ourselves, our positive attitude, and by the words we use and how we use them! Every thing we do, as we interact with others should glorify God, showing a positive attitude, encouraging others and building them up and not tearing them down! Our focus determines the way others see our lives! If we focus on our Savior instead of the turmoil that is ever present, we will be thankful, joyful, and positive as we approach the situations and opportunities we face! When we lose focus, it shows in our lives and we have to take action to make our light shine brightly again! Thank you Father for reminding me of this!
