Snow Capped Himalayas Are Main Sources Of Nepali People. Among Them Khimti And Bhote Khosie Are Two For Which I Would Like To Indicate In The Name Of Nation- Nationalism As Well As For The Shake Of Nepali People. Ladies And Gentle Man Khimti Is A Run Of River Hydropower Plant With A Capacity Of 60 MW And An Annual Production Of 350 Gigawat Hours Located In Dolakha District About Hundered Kilometers East Of Kathmandu. As It Has Been Funded By Norway During Laxman Ghimire Was A Minister. Like Wise Bhote Koshi Is Located In Sindhulpalchok District, Nepal. It Was Constructed in 1997-2000 With Power Generation Starting In January 2001 With A Capacity Of 44 MW Whereas It Has Purchase Agreement With NEA. I Would Like To Request For Hon Bam Dev Goutam Sir To Give Authorization For CIAA Against This Case. As I Know Prime Minister Sushil Koirala Has Given Authority For CIAA Chief, Additionally He Has Suggested, Going Against Corruption As He Is Anti Corrupted Mentality Person. Last But Least, Would Like To Request For Hon Bamdev To Become Different Than Others And Don’t Repeat Same Mistakes Which Krishna Pd Bhattarari And G.P. Koirala Did By Keeping In “JAGEDA” For Bihari Krishna Shrestha By The Recommendation Of Narasimha Rao Government Just To Succeed Water Traingle. Not Only, K.P And G.P. Even, Laxman Ghimire Repeated Same Mistakes. At That Moment He Forgot The Breuacats Are Back Bone Of Country But Not Puppet Of Leader And Party, And They Should Be Honest Towards Nationalism – Nation As Well As People. So That My Heartily Request For Hon Bam Dev Gautam Is That Please Be Different Than Others And Don’t Repeat The Same Mistakes Which Others Did, By Not Giving Authorization Letter To CIAA, At That Moment My Motherland Nepal Will Cry.
