Lets Talk Lemon. I had four people yesterday order Lemon - crazy! Lemon has so many uses. My favorite is for cleaning, its in my allergy bomb, and when Im out of Serenity, my calming blend, I use Lemon. :-) But Lemon has dozens of uses! doterratools/documents/Lemon_Essential_Oil_Product_Information_Page.pdf Lemon can be applied Topically, neat or diluted, applied directly on area of concern or on to reflex points; Aromatically from the bottle or in a diffuser; internally too, 1-2 drops under the tongue, or take in capsules. it can also be used in beverages or as a flavoring in cooking. Kidney stones? Rub over abdomen, add 1-2 drops to water and flush out system. Allergies? 20 drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint in a roller with FCO rubbed on bottoms of. feet and/or behind ears 1-2x a day. Need to wake up? Diffuse or apply to temples and bottoms of feet. Jaundice? Dilute 1-2 drops in FCO and massage a small on the liver area and on the reflex points on the feet. Nervous System Issues? Lemon on reflex points Warts? Combine 5 drops cypress, 10 drops Lemon, and 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar. Apply on location twice daily, bandage. Keep a bandage on until wart is gone.
