Lets do some arm work this morning!! Grab a light to medium set of weights (I have 8 lbs) 1. Biceps burl to hammer curl. 12-15 reps 2. Shoulder press- each arm individually then goths arms together counts as one rep. 12-15 reps 3. Lateral raise to front raise- counts as one rep. 12-15 reps. Repeat for 3-5 rounds. Now you see why I said light weights, right?? Your shoulders will be burning! Just ignore mt crazy morning hair please!! lol ;)
