Lets examine in the light of the Bible if the Comforter mentioned by Jesus(AS) fits the character of prophet Muhammad(SAW).he will reprove the world of sin(John 16:8); All other prophets even Abraham,Moses,David,Solomon etc chastised their neighbours and their people for seen but Muhammad(SAW) rooted idolatry in Arabia within 23yrs period and also sent envoys to Heraclius,the sovereigns of the empires of Persia and Rome,to Najashy,the king of Ethiopia and to Muqauqis the governor of Egypt.the spirit of truth(John 16:13); Since childhood Prophet Muhammad(SAW) was nicknamed al-ameen i.e the honest,truthful because he was always truthful and everyone trusted him.For he shall not speak of himself,but whatsoever he shall hear,that shall speak(John 16:13);The Noble Quran is Gods word.Not a single word from prophet Muhammad was included.Angel Gabriel read to him he memorized it and it was written down by his scribes.His own sayings and teachings inspired to him by God were recorded in hadiths.Compare with Deautronomy 18:18: ...and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. This correspond with Quran Surah 53:2-4:Your companion(Muhammad) is neither astray nor being misled.Nor does he speak of his own desire.It is only an inspiration that is inspired. and he will shew you things to come(John 16:13); All prophecies of prophet Muhammad(SAW) came to pass,including the signs of the end of the world and many more.He shall glorify me(John 16:14); Actually the Noble Quran and prophet Muhammad(SAW) have more reverence for Jesus(AS) than the Bible and christians themselves.To be continued inshaAllah.May Allah make this knowledge beneficial for us.
