Now a company called hopTo has released a comprehensive mobile workspace app that claims to offer 100% compatibility with Microsoft Office. Even better, its FREE! The company says the app allows users to create a personal cloud from which they can access and used documents stored on all kinds of devices and services, from personal and work computers to other third party storage locations in the cloud. In addition to creating spreadsheets and working on documents that are compatible with MS Office, you can view graphics, PDFs and videos within the app, so you dont have to spend all of your time switching among multiple apps. Better yet, they claim to excel at multitasking. If you have an iPad, and wish to use it for more than just play-time, and like the idea of being able to use all of your different types of data in one centralized place, no matter where that data is, this might be just the app for you.
