Lets just say that Phoenix has its fair share of homeless people! I have always had a soft place in my heart for them. As they stand on the corners of every major intersection and ask people for money it has made me stop and think about how they ended up there, whats their story? Over the last 3 months I have given out over 100 $1 bills each with one of my business cards sitting right on top of it. On every occasion I have told the person that my company is always looking for good people that are willing to work hard, and that if they give me a call I will make sure they at least get an interview. To date, I have not received a single phone call from any of them. I have to admit that I am beginning to lose a little faith...and gain a few answers! 😒
