Lets make this easy. Just a few moments in the morning. Dinner is done as you enter your home with warm aroma. Relaxing - Nourishing - Satisfying. Herbed Garlic Chicken created in your Crockpot 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 gloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dry oregano 1 tsp poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp ground pepper 3 split chicken breast with bone in 1 cup organic low sodium chicken broth 3 Tbs fresh lemon juice Carrots and onions In a small mixing bowl, combined the olive oil, garlic oregano and pepper until well incorporated. Remove skin from Chicken and place in Crockpot with the chicken broth, lemon juice and vegetables. Rub the chicken with the oil and spice mix. Cover and heat on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours. Remove Chicken from Crockpot and discard bones.
