Lets pause...and consider just how much time weve already spent on Facebook today. I mean, we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with all of you through this medium--no doubt about it. But lets give this a try: Log out of Facebook for an hour (or even for the rest of the day), and every time you get the impulse to check your page, instead, check in with yourself. Take a few deep breaths, and doing so, center yourself in the present moment.
